1. When can I expect my order?

Most orders are shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed online. 

2. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal & most major credit cards. 

3. How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most destinations within the US are 2-3 days once the package is in the hands of USPS.

4. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our retail store, The Total Look in Sonoma, CA.



1. Why Grandco sandals?

if you haven't tried them they will be your new favorite sandal! They are durable, fashionable & comfortable. 

2. I'm a half size, what size should I order?

If you're a half size you should order the next full size up as there are no half sizes available. 

3. Do Grandco sandals run small?

Customers report that the sandals do run small. 

4. How can I clean my white sandals?

We have found the best way is either using a Magic Eraser or with Bar Keepers Friend. If you use either of these regularly your white sandals will look whiter. 



1. What do I need to do to return an item?

Simply reach out via email or phone with your order number, reason for return so we can start the return and refund process. 

2. How are returns made before 30 days handled?

Merchandise must be unworn with all labels still in place. All items must be received by our retail store within 30 days of receiving them, for example if you received them on January 10th we must receive them back by February 10th, otherwise store credit is issued. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. 

3. What happens if I return after 30 days?

Any returns received after 30 days will be given store credit by the way of a gift card that does not expire. After 60 days NO RETURNS are accepted. No shipping fees are refunded. All SALE items are FINAL sales with no exchanges or refunds. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return. 

4. Are all returns accepted?

All items must be returned within 30 days for a refund, after 30 days and before 60 days store credit will be issued. After 60 days no returns are allowed. 

Merchandise must be new and unworn.

All white size tag labels must still be in place on the sandals. 

Original packaging should be returned. 

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. 

Sale items are final sales - no returns.
