Returns for Refunds:
To create a return on your Grandco Sandal purchase, send an email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the title SANDAL REFUND with your order number with the reason for the return. You will receive return shipping instructions usually within 24-48 hours. Merchandise must be unworn with all labels still in place. Our retail store (located in Sonoma, CA) must receive all items within 30 days of you receiving them to process a return to your payment method. Note: If you received your package on January 10th, you must ensure they are back in our warehouse by February 10th; otherwise, store credit will be issued. No exceptions will be made. Returns received after 30 days will automatically be given store credit. After 60 days, no returns will be accepted. No shipping fees are refunded. All sale items are final sales; they will not be exchanged or refunded. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your refund.
Returns for Exchanges:
Create a replacement order by sending an email to (email@example.com) with the title SANDAL EXCHANGE with your order number & with style, color & size you'd like to exchange for. Then follow the instructions for Returns as stated above. Returns are subject to the following terms:
- All items must be returned within 30 days for a refund. After 30 days but before 60 days, store credit will be issued by way of a gift card.
- Merchandise must be new and unworn and sent back with all packaging.
- All white size tag labels must still be in place on sandals.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sales - No returns allowed.
